Therapy
Amethyst offers individual therapy
and group therapy, including individual long-term counselling and weekly peer support facilitated by qualified therapists.
Workshops and intensive programs
Depending on availability, clients can immediately access intensive recovery programming.
Topics include childhood and family trauma, sexual violence, and relapse prevention.
Health promotion
We support out community at large by providing psychoeducational workshops and harm reduction strategies.
